I loved this back when I first saw it, and I still love it now too! Gosh, where can I start though? I don't feel like I should be the one to write this, seeing as I'm definately no pro, but I do have something to say when it comes to this beautifully done image.
First of all, I really love how you've chosen to colour her hair here, and the shading on her leg especially is perfect. It has just the right amount of reflection from the stone floor below. Also, on the subject of colours, the saturation between the highlight and the shade of the wing that she has looks incredible. It's easily one of my favorite aspects of this image.
However, since this is a critique, what I will say is that her head is perhaps pushed a bit too far forward when looking towards the back of her neck as I am now. Other than that though, I seriously can't fault the anatomy!
One more thing, is that her left eye could perhaps use a tiny bit more shading around the top of the iris to bring some more contrast to that area, but that's such a tiny thing that I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you.
All in all, I still think this is a gorgeous picture 1 year on, and your technique has only strengthened since then! :'D (this being the reason I didn't give a full 5 stars in that area now - although you have been improving on what looks to me like perfection~! )
